Award winning photographer, Pat Pope has been a professional portrait and wedding photographer for over twenty years.
He has worked for a variety of press, record companies, publicity and private clients. Shooting portraits of David Bowie, Sting, Morrissey, Kylie, Natalie Imbruglia, Tori Amos and Sophie Ellis-Bextor amongst many others. Starting his career at the emergence of Brit Pop in the early 90's his first job was with Britain's hottest new band, 'Suede' and the session resulted in a portrait of Brett Anderson being used on their first album.
A portrait of the singer Dido hangs in the National Portrait Gallery and in March 2016 he exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London
Pat Pope also worked with The Prodigy for a few years. His work appearing on many of their releases including the seminal 'Fat Of The Land' LP
Morrissey chose Pat Pope's session, shot for Melody Maker in 1997, when redesigning two of his album covers, resulting in the new version of his LP 'Maladjusted'
